Antigone Korfioti Haviara founded OCEANASERVE Limited, as its Managing Director, carrying 10 years of experience in the Corporate and Financial industry.
Antigone is an Advocate with the Cyprus Bar Association and a Certified AML Compliance Officer (CYSEC and ICA). She holds an LLB in Law and an LLM in European Law (Commercial) and she has extensive professional experience as a Corporate Lawyer. She specialises in Company Law, European Law, AML Compliance and Banking.
Prior to founding OCEANASERVE Limited, Antigone has worked in two of the biggest law firms in Cyprus as well as in the Corporate Administration Industry as a Corporate Lawyer, as Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs and as Head of Compliance and AML Departments.
